The art of no nonsense muscle building is something that needs to be mastered to get the most benefits out of weight training.But this can be no easy task as you will soon find out very quickly after reading a few books, reading some articles or magazines and getting some advice from personal trainers. After a short while you will end up confused and frustrated as lots of the information will be inaccurate or does not apply to your goals in the gym.So what are you suppose to do? What information are you suppose to trust? Once you have found out what body type you have, next you need to work out what your goals are. You goals will be very different if your a skinny guy versus if you are a heavier guy.

After finding out what you body type is and what your goals are it’s time to find a training guide that is suitable for your body type. You could get the help from a coach, book or a personal trainer but make sure that they specialize in your specific body type.

Then judging by the results either stick to it or look around for something else. The best question to ask yourself is �did this program take me closer or further away from my goals?

The worst thing you can do when first starting out is to jump from one program to the next without dedicating yourself for a length of time. If you do that then it’s the quickest way to failure in reaching your goals and you will more than likely end up frustrated and stop training all together.

So dedicate yourself to your training program for at least a month or two and make sure that you not only take your workouts serious but also your diet and lifestyle. Diet is just as important as weight training if not more so in some regards. And lifestyle elements like the amount of sleep that you get each night really play an important factor. Muscle is stimulated in the gym but growth doesn’t happen there, it happens at night when your body rests and repairs the damage that was done to your muscles in the gym and builds back the fibres stronger and bigger.

So overall if you follow some of the above tips you will quickly be ably to aquire the art of no nonsense muscle building and be able to achieve your dream body in the quickest timeframe possible.
